May I get a receipt for my transportation services?

Yes. You can either get a receipt from your driver, or we can fax or email a copy to you.

I had a limousine reservation but my plans have changed or have been canceled. What do I need to do?

For all reschedules or cancellations, advanced notice is required. The type of transportation service will determine the reschedule or cancellation policy.

What happens if my flight is late or cancelled?

Our staff is dedicated to staying on top of all flight information for our clients. Even though this is the case, to avoid any additional fees you or your travel agent must contact us to make the appropriate adjustments to you pick up time.

Can I make a last minute reservation?

We do our best to accommodate any client who needs a last minute reservation. However, this service is not guaranteed and your vehicle selection may be limited.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. All of our vehicles and drivers are fully insured. If you have any specific questions on our insurance coverage, please call today so we can answer your questions.

I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?

Unfortunately we do not offer car seats with our transportation services. Due to age and size laws associated with different age groups, we require our clients traveling with children to provide their own child seats.

Is smoking allowed?

All of our vehicles come with a strict non-smoking policy.

Can I consume alcohol in the vehicle?

Yes, as long as you are of the legal drinking age (21 years). You must provide your own beverage, and we will check the ID of all passengers who will be consuming alcohol.
